Amarr Introduces Dark Wood Grain Finish
WINSTON-SALEM, NC – Amarr Garage Doors, one of the world’s leading designers, manufacturers and distributors of garage doors and door access systems for residential garages and commercial applications, has introduced a dark wood grain finish. The wood grain finish doors will be available at thousands of garage door dealers across the country beginning in April.
The wood grain finishes are available in Amarr’s Classica Collection (1000, 2000 and 3000), Oak Summit 3000 and Stratford 3000. The paint system used for the wood grain finish features UV resistant inhibitors and comes with a limited lifetime paint warranty. The doors are offered with complementary color-matched window frames and inserts and vinyl molding options.
“Our pre-finished wood grain steel doors replicate the look of real mahogany wood but are actually made of steel,” said Vickie Lents, Amarr residential category director, “providing long-lasting durability and low maintenance.” Lents added that the wood grain finish doors do not require any staining or refinishing over time. The wood grain finish is a factory- applied paint process with a base wood tone color that is overprinted with a wood grain pattern.
